  • Further enhance G3G’s brand and the growth of its SAP practice,
  • Interact and work directly with SAP, customers, and other technology providers,
  • To conduct market research, and
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and events, including, but not limited to content creation, copywriting, digital marketing, and social media.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist - a competent professional that can understand business value propositions, generate creative ideas, and keep abreast of enterprise software trends. A marketing specialist plays more of a generalist role on the team – a jack of all trades. They're encouraged to explore a wide variety of marketing disciplines to gain an understanding of how tactics work together to achieve the strategy.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in specialised marketing concepts, principles, and tactics. It is a performance-driven, motivated self-starter, that can work in isolation and as part of a team, with a can-do mindset and an attitude towards helping achieve the business practices goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of the company’s brand strategy.
  • Participate in helping evolve and grow G3G’s SAP practice.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to achieve immediate and long-term business goals.
  • Attract qualified leads to the website based on popular search terms that the sales team can then nurture into clients.
  • Actively manage the partner marketing relationship with SAP to enhance business and garner favourable support for joint campaigns and market development funding.
  • Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
  • Generate and update content by consulting the subject matter experts.
  • Write copy for landing pages, email marketing strategies, other website pages, and paid ads to increase conversion rates.
  • Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Use keyword research tools, such as Ahrefs and SEMRush, to track keyword performance and website SEO health, track competitors’ search engine rankings, and identify content gaps.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
  • Liaising with the approved graphics consultancy, if and when required.
  • Coordinate, collate and structure the preparation and quality management of proposals, and RFX’s as part of the sales process.
  • Execute the social media content and email strategy according to the global calendar and related schedules.
  • HubSpot database management for the region/business unit.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, communications, or equivalent.
  • 2 – 5 Years experience as an enterprise software marketing specialist or similar role.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc) and market research methods.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (HubSpot CRM & CMS, Hootsuite, Canva), and applications (Google Adwords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc).
  • Understanding of an enterprise sales process.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
