I have been part of G3G for the past seven years, starting as a Marketing Specialist for the South African region and growing into my current role as Global Marketing Lead. Recently, I found myself reflecting on that journey and asking, 'Why am I still at G3G?'.

Now, I admit I might be a little biased when sitting in a marketing chair, but I want to share what makes G3G feel more than just a workplace, and what truly defines the way we do things here.

Our Culture

In the tech space, there’s an unspoken expectation to be “on top of your game.” And when you’re a sought-after SAP Partner? The stakes are even higher.

Since G3G was founded in 1999, being a leader in our field of expertise has always been a top priority. But it wasn’t until 2022 when we paused to reflect on who we are, not just what we do. Through multiple team discussions and feedback sessions, one message stood out loud and clear: we have a people-centric culture.

Cue the rebirth of our ‘Greatness Inspired by People’ tagline. More than a marketing phrase, it reflects the heart of G3G. Still, we felt something was missing; it didn’t quite capture how we run our business.

So we did what anyone in the SAP world would do: we turned it into an acronym. ;-)

What makes me Proud

There are so many things I could list here — our achievements, growth, and innovative projects. But what makes me truly proud is our people. It’s the way our teams show up: with commitment, with heart, and with a shared belief in doing what’s right.

When we rebranded G3G in 2023, it was easy to connect our identity to the greatness that our people deliver, hence the ‘Greatness Inspired by People’ tagline. And as someone responsible for shaping and building our brand, I can honestly say, our people make it easy. I get to tap into their expertise, their insights, their viewpoints, and their voices to help position G3G as a passionate, purpose-driven technology partner that always puts clients first.

I’m proud of how we show resilience through change, how we support each other in tough moments, and how we celebrate the wins, big or small, together. I’ve seen firsthand how our consultants go above and beyond to solve client challenges. I’ve witnessed moments where leadership stepped in not just with direction, but with empathy. I’ve felt what it means to be part of something bigger than a job title or a project plan.
